Cynthia Kilroy is a healthcare industry executive with 25+ years of experience leading healthcare strategic innovations and transformations for public and private companies. Cynthia’s background as a CEO, chief strategy officer, chief growth officer, and acquisition leader brings expertise to create and commercialize new products and services, with a focus on strategies for growth. For example, she developed a go-to-market, pricing, and product roadmap for a radiation oncology AI company, securing a contract with a large payer, leading to the acquisition by a private equity firm.

Cynthia advises start-ups, venture, private equity, providers, payers, digital health companies and service providers in leading innovation, defining strategies, financial management, building partnerships, commercialization and re-configuring operations. Cynthia led the business thesis, acquisition, and integration of a revenue cycle management company, becoming CEO of the organization.  

Cynthia Kilroy is well versed in strategic growth in the areas of population health, revenue cycle management, precision health, wellness, mental health value-based care, practice management platform and women’s health.  

Cynthia has relationships across payer, provider, employer, and digital health companies to identify evaluate market trends and drive adoption.  She is skilled at aligning a team with diverse backgrounds and expertise to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.  She led the development and execution of an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) bringing together a payer, provider, and employer; achieving a $37m cost reduction in medical spend during the first year.

Cynthia honed her talents at top-tier consulting firms, hospital systems and health plans, including United Health Group, Optum, Blue Shield of California, Cognizant/Trizetto, Huron Consulting Group, Andersen Consulting, KPMG, and McKesson. Cynthia received her MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business with a certification in Health Sector Management; and a B.S. in Computer Science from DeSales University.. She currently serves as a strategic advisor to a Decode Healthcare and Lookout Healthcare. She served as a Board Member of St. Francis Hospital in San Francisco, leading the strategic planning committee.
