Caleb has spent his 20+ year healthcare career finding creative solutions to our industry’s most complex problems. His background in a variety of roles has helped him become a trusted partner and advisor among some of Nashville’s most successful healthcare companies. Caleb’s diverse background includes removing antiquated technology and workflows for a large physician practice, building revenue cycle and clinical analytics tools and teams (inpatient and ambulatory) multiple times, deploying several nationwide EMR/HIE/Portal solutions, and running operations for a nationwide hospital system analytics team and 3 large design/software development studios.

Caleb finds ways to leverage technology, people, process at appropriate levels to get the job done. He is great at mentoring younger professionals and building teams. The teams that work with him have close camaraderie, vision to the mission, and work hard.

Caleb uses his background and experience to make new connections within the C-Suite as well as top leaders within companies. He helps organizations ask the right questions, learn from other system’s mistakes, and prompt a healthy dialog to truly accomplish goals. Caleb is excited to use the combination of innovation and artificial intelligence as a way to fully execute his mission of improving healthcare.

Caleb has been a board member of TN HIMSS since 2017, created and led the Ambassador Team there, was a Nashville Business Journal 40 under 40 winner, and is an advisor to several startups (healthcare and non-healthcare).
