I've now been a part of two startups built from scratch, as an early Operator and as a Founder, that have had successful outcomes—IPO and acquisition, respectively. 

At Oscar Health, I was one of the earliest employees and worked on the Growth team—helping the company scale to several hundred million dollars worth of revenue. Oscar Health IPO'd at a $7B valuation. 

I then went on to found a B2B SaaS Enabled Marketplace (SEM) to help wholesale Buyers and Sellers more easily transact over a frictionless platform. I have held various roles at that company including Head of Product, Head of Growth and most recently CEO. That startup was sold to a large eCommerce software company whose technology powers several million online stores globally. 

I'm an advisor at Techstars where I help Founders in the areas of Product, Engineering, Growth, GTM, Retention, and overall business strategy. 

Open to a range of different engagements but companies generally reach out to me to help them build new internal initiatives/special projects, accelerating revenues, Product-led Growth, and turnarounds.
