Can anyone be an Expert on the Care Transformation Studio?

No. Only people with expertise in some aspect of the delivery of care or the business of healthcare are approved to be experts on the platform.

Experts come from all areas of the healthcare ecosystem including providers, payers, solution providers, investors, and health tech. Not everyone on the platform will be globally or nationally recognized, but the primary criterion is experience and expertise that fits a customer’s specific need.

How do users find me on the platform?

When you register, you will select Tags that identify the areas of your expertise. Users will search by tags and over time, AI will play a significant role in matching customer needs with specific experts.

It also is important to be proactive and let people know that you are an Expert on the Care Transformation Studio.

Use LinkedIn and your other social media platforms to let people know that you are on the Studio. Put a “Schedule Time with Me” link to your Studio profile on your email signature block, LinkedIn, etc. We will promote you but do not hesitate to promote yourself as an Expert on the Studio.

How soon after I do a Brief Consult, Project or Fractional Engagement do I get paid?

Our standard is to pay you within 5 business days following a scheduled Brief Consult, but our goal is to pay you immediately following the consult.

For Project and Fractional Engagements, the payment terms will be specified in the agreement for the particular engagement.

What's the cancelation policy?

Consultation Refunds: You can cancel and receive a full refund up until 5 days before the scheduled start of a consult.

Subscription Refunds: Refunds for subscriptions are evaluated on a per case basis. If for any reason you're unhappy with your membership, please contact us at support@caretransformation.studio

What's the cost to join as an Expert?

We have multiple plans available - both free and paid. See our pricing page for the latest information.

Who sets the fees for my services?

You set the fees that you charge.

How much of the fee that I charge do I receive?

A Stripe Fee or other payment processing fee is charged depending on the payment method. There is a Transaction Fee for experts on the Free Plan but 0% Transaction Fee for the Pro and Team Plans.

The Stripe Fee generally is 2.9% of the paid services plus $ .30 for processing the payment.

The Transaction Fee is dependent on the Plan you choose: 20% for the Free Plan, 0% for the Pro Plan, and 0% for the Team Plan.

How do I get added to one of the Expert Panels on the platform?

Reach out to the Studio at support@caretransformation.studio and you will be vetted for a panel listing.
